A three week series to learn and practice the art of restorative yoga. Art? Restorative Yoga is a supported practice that promotes relaxation. The art is in the support—placement of bolsters, blankets, and you in just the right way to let go of all that holds you back or weighs you down. Restorative yoga can help to reduce physical and mental tension, soothe the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation.
