Sound is a doorway to meditation. When we slow down and allow ourselves to deeply listen to the sounds and overtones of Himalayan Bowls, Gongs, and other instruments, it gives the mind an opportunity to still. Connect deeply with yourself as you feel the vibrations, listen to all the sounds, and rejuvenate your being.
