We all face pain, illness, injury, stress, sleeplessness, and all kinds of other issues during our lifetime. While Yoga Therapy very much focuses on those specific issues, it does so by using the body, mind, and breath to reconnect with our own natural ability to be healthy and happy. Jolyn is trained to assess your individual needs and to help you use the best yoga practices in the best possible ways to recover and thrive.
