60 in 60 is BACK!!
On July 1, the Learning Center at Red Willow will launch its Bedrock Pledge Donor Drive, 60 pledge donors in 60 days. With the current uncertainty in the world, more and more people are accessing our important stress reduction and resiliency building programs. Increased demand is putting a strain on resources. We are running this campaign to raise some much needed funds to help make sure their mind/body programs remain available to everyone regardless of financial ability.
Why be a Bedrock Pledge Donor?
- Consistent, dependable income
- Monthly gift levels can be modest and still extremely important
- Feel great about doing something positive for your community
Bedrock is defined as a "firm foundation or basis". The people who form this firm foundation allow us to stand on their shoulders and deliver in the community. They are the quiet heroes in our organization. They are always there and always solid in their mission to help the most vulnerable in our community learn to live a more optimal life. Join this amazing group today!
LCRW's COVID-19 Response
In response to the increased risk to vulnerable populations, the Learning Center at Red Willow has suspended all in-person classes held in the Red Willow classroom. Due to shared use of equipment and props, we do not feel we can adequately protect our program participants. We are using the state's Phase 3 reopening as our in-person reopening target date so all of our courses will be offered online-only until August 1 at the earliest (depending on when we enter Phase 3) and we are planning to reevaluate in-person course offerings at that time and as new information about health considerations and guidance becomes available.
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will keep you all updated as the situation evolves.
In the meantime, follow the guidelines set out by organizations like the Missoula City/County Health Department, the CDC and WHO.
Online Course Offerings
We are working hard to develop online versions of our courses. Please keep checking back for specific class information.
We are also putting together online resources you can access for free here.
We think this is just amazing and are proud to offer classes, workshops, and programs to help us do just that: train our brains to be more resilient, hopeful and optimistic. Why? Because we believe that cultivating these qualities helps each of us be the best versions of ourselves that we can be. When we have the capacity for connection and compassion, when we find meaning in our lives, when we practice regular self-care and self-renewal and when we see ourselves as a part of something larger, not only do we benefit as individuals, our entire community benefits.
