We think this is just amazing and are proud to offer classes, workshops, and programs to help us do just that: train our brains to be more resilient, hopeful and optimistic. Why? Because we believe that cultivating these qualities helps each of us be the best versions of ourselves that we can be. When we have the capacity for connection and compassion, when we find meaning in our lives, when we practice regular self-care and self-renewal and when we see ourselves as a part of something larger, not only do we benefit as individuals, our entire community benefits.
