
Mindful Recovery and Wellness is a joint project between Missoula’s Fourth D Club and the Red Willow Learning Center. Using mind/body practices, Mindful Recovery and Wellness offers individuals in recovery from Substance Use Disorder (SUD) skills training to support relapse prevention.
Mindfulness and other resilience-building skills have become an integral part of both residential and community recovery services. Research has continued to show these practices to be helpful in helping to manage the experience of anxiety and depression for those in recovery.
