Yoga, just like you, is multi-dimensional. Our yoga classes blend breathing, movement, relaxation, and reflective practices. With thoughtful and purposeful practices participants have reduced stress and tension providing them with a tool to help them regulate their nervous system, manage their energy, and optimize their sleep.
Online classes currently are chair based and include a reclined portion which can be done well supported on the floor or on your bed. Primarily a class to reduce your challenges with pain it is also ideal for anyone looking for an afternoon gentle yoga practice.
Prerequisite for Yoga for Chronic Pain:
Although this course has been designed for individuals living with chronic pain, we recognize that that pain will be different for everyone and that everyone will have a different level of ability and comfort when it comes to the various yoga poses. It is for this reason that we have established a prerequisite one-on-one consultation with Marina for individuals interested in signing up for this course. This consultation will allow Marina to assess and address the specific needs of an individual in a private setting and allow her to determine if an individual would be best served by taking Yoga for Chronic Pain or if an alternate course of action would be more appropriate.

Effective April 7, 2020 we will be begin to offer some of our yoga programs online. Registration on the website is the same as for in-person classes. Upon registration, we will forward you a link which will allow you to access the class of your choice. If you have never taken a class with us, we do ask that you complete the online waiver prior to your first class.
