Amy Friedman has been meditating and studying under the Plum Village tradition of mindfulness meditation since she was a young adult.  As a certified yoga teacher and licensed clinical professional counselor, Amy has found meditation to be a natural healing tool through all of life’s inevitable ups and downs.  She regularly facilitates meditation groups at Open Way mindfulness center and co-leads their family retreats each spring.  Amy says,”meditation keeps me balanced and happy and it is a true joy to be able to share these practices with others.”
