T’ai Chi Chih for Balance and Fall Prevention

 

Lynne Roberts, T’ai Chi Chih (TCC) and Seijaku Instructor, was accredited in Morro Bay, CA in 1988 by Justin Stone, the creator of TCC. She has taught and led practice sessions throughout Missoula since 1989. Lynne was also on staff at Starfire Massage School for several years. She currently teaches at the Senior Citizens Center, The Women’s Club, and PEAK Health & Wellness Center.

Lynne is an accredited T’ai Chi Chih (TCC) teacher. She loves teaching TCC and has taught throughout Missoula for the past 30 years. Many enjoy learning from her so much that they have been taking ongoing classes for many years. Lynne’s goal is to help students develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle through body, mind and spirit. It is her pleasure to guide and teach a balanced lifestyle, to live well. She believes that T’ai Chi Chih movements can help bring balance and healing to the body and mind in many ways.
